Fried fish fillets of the lake, according to catch, with squash blossom

Raw seafood :  tuna , tartare of sea bass , wafers with amberjack, red shrimp Sicily and escape marinated in citrus fruits and olive oil of Garda

Tuna fish with black sesame, orange sauce and lemon potatoes cream

Sea Bass fillet with shrimps, “Taggia” black olives in
a lightly scented basil gravy

Grilled amberjack with freshly mint and tomatoes salad

Kidneys of veal  with parsley and garlic on lemon potato cream

The Milanese veal cutlet with roasted potatoes

Baked rabbit with potatoes with red corn polenta
from “Vallecamonica”
